Job Description: The main tasks will be:
Co-develop electrical machines, energy storage and exterior lighting systems for existing and future aeronautical applications. Integrate battery systems considering different sizing needs and understanding the impact on the type of chemistry and cell format to be used. Integrate an electrical machine on an engine environment by understanding the design constraints of a rotating machine. Integrate exterior lighting systems considering their installation and environmental constraints and optical performance requirements. Define/evaluate the different control and protection strategies of electrical equipment (including high voltage/power phenomena). Perform design trades and evaluate equipment topologies and the underlying technology bricks focusing on maturation and implementation capabilities. Co-develop Equipment/System ensuring compliance with defined standards of safety, cost, quality, time, performance and maturity. Follow-up End to end Supplier during the entire development cycle. Required Skills: Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Aeronautical Engineering or related studies. General knowledge on Electrics. Advanced level of English (C1 level).
