We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking, and relating. What does this internship consist of? Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to developing as professionals of the future. You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The start of the internship will be in early March 2025 and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant. Internship Job Description: The tasks to be carried out are in the framework of a strategic & key project for the company that consists of a new development for a new aircraft programme. You will experience the end-to-end process from the development phase of the industrial system to the start of production and its stabilization. » DATA & BUSINESS ANALYTICS Training aims: knowledge on the value of the data management system through the different organizations and the importance of proper data compilation, preparation, and visualization for analysis. How? Update and maintenance of the current databases for the department as well as improvements proposal. Presentation and dossier creation for explaining results to the different stakeholders and promoting decision making. » BUSINESS MANAGEMENT Training aims: definition of effective processes taking into account new methodologies and comprehension of the different roles during the development of the project through a global and integrated vision, including strategic, finance, and management aspects. How? Learning to ask optimal questions in order to identify customer/stakeholder/colleagues needs. Critical thinking proposing added value ideas. » OTHERS Training aims: understanding the daily tasks in a Production area and Airbus Operating System, the standardized way of working to continuously improve our business performance. How? Monitoring and follow-up of Engineering/Industrial deliverables for programme milestones. Daily and weekly routines attendance providing inputs from Manufacturing Engineering. Collect key data from the routines for the different databases and deliverables for the department
