AIRBUS offers more than 70 vacancies for our full-time graduate program in Spain - #DISCOVER I 2025/2026 - Starting date March 3rd 2025 .
We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.
The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking, and relating.
What does this internship consist of?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today.
It will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early March 2025, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes).
It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
Internship Job Description The selected candidate will: Anticipate the impacts of global trends on aeronautical jobs and competences.
Anticipate necessary adaptation of employees' competences, allowing a pipeline of appropriate competences in support of business strategy.
Contribute to the creation of common learning, development, awareness, and knowledge solutions to deploy a continuous learning and self-directed development culture for all of AIRBUS.
Support learning deployment for critical populations.
Ensure efficient knowledge management.
Support on learning new trends identification and best practice sharing.
Inputs: Business strategy, existing competence map.
Outputs: Common development solutions linked to competences (incl.
learning specifications) Harmonized competence and learning catalogues.
How: Transnational collaboration cross divisionally, cross functionally, and cross country + close relation with our local customers.
At the end of this internship, you'll be able to: Identify competences needed to leverage company transformation, strategy, and priorities and put actions in place to acquire or develop them.
Support business continuity in a transformation context and contribute to mindset/culture change.
Increase your stakeholder and project management skills.
Gain overview about building competency strategy.
Grasp aeronautical training management in an industrial environment.
Required skills #AirbusDiversity As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: Degree in Industrial Management Engineering.
