Your Future Role Could you be the full-time Discipline Engineer Structural Integrity in Sahagun, HID, MX we're looking for? Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive Mechanical Engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates. You'll be instrumental in managing the calculation discipline, ensuring all activities and deliverables are in line with QCD commitments.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as Sourcing, Industrialization, and Manufacturing), planning and piloting Mechanical calculation activities, and much more.
We'll look to you for: Planning and piloting Mechanical calculation activities and related deliverables on the project, taking into account applicable instructions/processes and other specific Customer (internal or external) requirements. Ensuring Mechanical calculation deliverables quality and their acceptance by the Customer (internal or external) within committed limits. Applying calculation methodologies, processes, and tools to ensure deliverables quality. Managing calculation discipline Finite Element Analysis (FEA) engineers on Project (internal or external). Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferably applied to Railway products with 3 to 5 years of experience. Experience or understanding of managing calculation discipline with activities and deliverables in compliance with QCD commitments. Working knowledge of CATIA. Working knowledge of FEA. English operational in read/writing and technical meetings.
