With curiosity to learn and to cultivate a supportive and inclusive work environment for all Airbus employees, here are your exciting tasks in detail: RESPONSIBILITIES Your main missions will be: Manage operationally the inclusion of people with disability. Work actively in the attraction part with foundations, universities, and other key stakeholders. Support the management of the different foundations (Fundación ONCE, Adecco, SIFU...) for people with disability, and follow up of the agreements. Coordinate the Inclusion part of the Diversity Recruitment Multi Function Team, actively following up each of the candidates. Develop and manage the disability guidelines in Spain. Analyzing current processes and including the disability point of view. Analyze newcomers to generate the needed intervention. Development an action plan and managing the stakeholders for any new person with disability. Or any person with an acquired disability Manage the communication and awareness session regarding disability topics and the inclusion and diversity scope. Follow up of the inclusion of the disability community, including ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) and Diversity Business Champions Support the Management of physical and digital accessibility. Anticipate necessary adaptation for employees with disabilities Coordinate with and contribute to the larger Airbus Group Disability Inclusion agenda Ensure regular reporting and KPIs to key stakeholders SKILLSYou will have the following skills and experience: Project Management skills Strategic thinking and Ability to drive strategic orientation Very good in communication skills Flexible mindset to be able to support change Spanish disability law knowledge.
