Job DescriptionTherapeutic OversightIs involved in indication-specific strategy planning and implementation across the assigned therapeutic areaDevelops best practices based on lessons learnedMentors, trains, and assists Operations staff in strategies and best practices within their assigned therapeutic areaParticipates in external executive oversight meetingsParticipates in Investigator Meetings and various team meetingsReviews essential study documents to provide feedback from an operational standpoint on study procedures, pathway of the patient, etc.Assesses performance of team members during bid defenses, and provides feedback to the appropriate line managerKeeps abreast of pertinent developments through attending conferences in the therapeutic area, and reviewing current supporting literatureBusiness DevelopmentReviews RFPs, and makes recommendations for biddingMentors and coaches the bid team in the bid defense processes in strategy and key therapeutic area elementsPrepares for and takes part in remote and in-person bid defense meetingsContributes to the development of PSI global therapeutic strategy in line with PSI's indication-specific portfolioAssists in the development and maintenance of indication specific KOL and specialist networkBuilds working relationships and maintains communication with all business stakeholdersQualificationsMinimum of 8 years of industry experience in clinical researchAt least 6 years of experience in clinical research in OncologyAbility to travel as neededExperience with presenting at and participating in bid defensesAdditional Information
