You can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model.Key Accountabilities:Participates in the definition of European Supply Chain strategy and policies and ensures adoption and implementation within the geographical area of responsibility.Defines and implements the actions from the European Supply Chain strategy and aligns with the needs and requirements of the European Inbound Solutions business in collaboration with the European Inbound Solutions Leadership team.Member of the European Inbound Solutions Leadership team.Lead and embrace Integrated Business Planning for the remit.Be an ambassador of change across the Region and function. Lead and implement change programmes, develop and coach team members to embrace and embed sustainable change.Embrace mindset and delivery in Supply Chain excellence.Support and deliver in Transformation and 4-year Planning.Determines and manages the European Inbound Solutions Supply Chain budget to deliver the expected service.Lead the European Supply Chain strategy and broaden our network capability for new/existing product lines including plastic pallets, IBC's and liners.Manage Production Sites: working with the central Procurement team finding suppliers, negotiating contracts.Manages any 3rd party subcontractors to ensure they deliver within their contractual terms in a safe and sustainable manner.Coordinates with the Central Carrier Management team to develop and implement transportation solutions.Oversees the management of stock balance & maximizes asset productivity at Plants.#J-18808-Ljbffr
