Our site in Latina is a competence center for sterile production and antibiotics.Your key responsibilitiesImprove customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growthBuild and manage a supply operations organization based on processes and procedures from product sourcing to customer deliveryCreate and implement inventory, demand and supply allocation strategies to optimize inventory placement, turns, sales and the overall customer experience through formalized SOPDevelop plans and methods for completing purchasing, inventory and materials management to ensure that acquired goods meet cost and quality standardsSupport and maintain the Corporate framework of new and existing vendors while maintaining high operational and quality standardsConduct supplier risk assessments and develop / execute strategies to manage costs and ensure favorable partnershipsLead the team in alignment with broader organizational goals and ensure delegates, work effectively and be a thought leader with respect to sourcing processes and policiesAssess departmental performance, identify weaknesses and implement operational changes to ensure the efficient flow of goodsDevelop trends and forecasts based on objective data for use in operations and purchasing decisionsDrive continuous improvement initiatives by working with management using lean methodologies to develop and implement new procedures to streamline processes and identify inventory discrepancies, including Sales and Operations PlanningYour profileBachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business management, etc or equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceTen years plus experience in supply chainStrong planning, operations and logistics background with a bias for delivering results in a dynamic environment through collaboration and creating healthy dialogue, also customer service exposure is strongly preferredThree years plus experience in a leadership rolePrevious work experience with ERP systems, SAP is necessaryPrevious experience within the Pharmaceutical industry preferred, also regulated industries like food and chemicalAPICS, Six Sigma, or other related certifications a plusProven ability to follow through with projects and meet commitmentsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen and communicate information in a clear, calm, and concise manner in both written and non-written forms, ideally native-speaking Italian with good English knowledgeAbility to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environmentAbility to think creatively and apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills, driving issues to resolutionYour motivationAre you looking for new challenges in a highly competitive environment?
