Lead strategic projects with specific deliverables to improve performance:Within days of employment, gain an understanding of Worldwide Business Operations with a needs assessment across key functional areas including SaaS Billing, Order Management, Fulfillment, and License Management. You will work closely with leaders in Business Operations, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Data & Analytics, Finance, and Sales to create efficiencies within Business Operations.All efficiencies will be focused on helping us to achieve the VMware strategic priorities of winning the multi-cloud enterprise, operating as a consumption-obsessed SaaS company, and adapting our mindsets to operate as One VMware.Within 90 days, you will be responsible for driving specific Big Bet strategic campaigns within a defined functional area and subsequently more widely across the organization.Within 360 days along with the above, you will be discovering new ways to drive improvements and proactively leading our teams to create efficiencies and pivot towards new challenges.The Work: What type of work will you be doing?
