For more information, visit here .Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Surgery Communications, this critical role will lead global communications strategy and execution for the Surgery business, articulating a clear strategy, value proposition, and messaging in support of the business priorities today and future vision for Surgery and extending this work across all relevant internal and external audiences. Partnering directly with senior leaders across Johnson & Johnson MedTech's surgery business, this role will provide strategic counsel and guide internal and external campaigns reaching employees, media, customers, and investor audiences.Leading a team as well as agency and contractor resources, this role will deliver programs in executive thought leadership, employee communications, change management, and increasing brand visibility. This high-visibility position requires an experienced professional with a strong background in the highly-regulated healthcare industry, strategic internal and external communications, and change management.Lead strategic global communications for the Surgery business, articulating a clear strategy, value proposition, and messaging in support of the business priorities today and future vision for Surgery.Serve as a valued counselor to a team of leaders across Strategy, R&D, Supply Chain, Business Development, HR, Commercial, and Finance to connect business objectives with communications outcomes.Drive a comprehensive employee communications program for the global organization, connecting the transformation programs, business strategy and breakthrough moments back to the employee base.Lead and implement the global thought leadership program across tier 1 event/speaking, media, and internal and external content strategy for select senior Surgery leaders
