If so, then we have a role for you!We are seeking a Director to join our Specialty Leasing team. This role is focused on common area leasing, local in-line leasing, and perm kiosk leasing. Reporting to the Vice President of Specialty Leasing, the ideal candidate will possess financial acumen, have excellent communication skills and be at the forefront of market trends to lease and create a first in class shopping experience at landmark shopping destinations in the New York and New Jersey markets. You will be an essential member of the larger URW 360 Sales Team, which encompasses permanent leasing, specialty leasing, and Westfield Rise.In this role, you will:Meet and exceed revenue goals for assigned properties.Create, maintain and drive revenue growth for two robust multi-million dollar specialty leasing programs.Own the full cycle sales process including prospecting new leads, navigating the C-suite, negotiating, handling and executing contracts.Manage existing client needs and lead the growth to secure a high percentage of renewal business.Develop deep and comprehensive market understanding and competitive analysis by understanding sales, traffic trends, demographics, and leasing visions for any assigned property.Leverage strategic relationships and experience to sell across multiple shopping centers.Confidently promote the advantages Westfield can offer a brand as an owner and operator of our assets.Favorably negotiate and execute leases with retailers to achieve center leasing budget.Execute a center-specific merchandising strategy that supports local business development with timely and relevant concepts.Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks under tight deadlines.Maintain financial budget and forecast reports.Traveling to assigned centers and become expert in local markets
