The Director of Revenue Operations is responsible for leveraging data analytics to drive strategic improvements and business scalability. This role involves identifying and escalating trends, risks and opportunities in the organization and making strategic recommendations for improvements. Additionally, the Director will map the alignment of internal resources to market opportunities ensuring that the organization is positioned effectively to capitalize on growth opportunities and optimize performance.
Responsibilities: Leverage data analytics to monitor GTM performance by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), market trends, and internal data to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and scalability.
Lead predictive modeling and forecasting efforts using advanced statistical methods (e.g., time series analysis and regression) to provide accurate business forecasts, assess risks, and develop strategies for long-term growth.
Proactively translate observed business and market trends into actionable strategic recommendations for the GTM leadership team, supporting the evaluation and implementation of the overall strategic framework.
Identify and mitigate revenue and market-related risks by developing strategies to minimize the impact of market changes, customer churn, and economic conditions.
Establish real-time feedback loops to track significant trends and market movements, ensuring proactive responses to emerging opportunities and challenges.
Minimum Requirements: University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor's degree) plus generally 8 - 10 years in sales or revenue operations.
Proven experience using data analytics to inform strategy recommendations that increase GTM performance and productivity.
Excellent communication and presentation skills and proven ability to interface cross-functionally as well as to executive management.
Ownership mindset, flexibility and willingness to roll up the sleeves in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Expert proficiency in data visualization tools, intermediate SQL development, strong experience in predictive modeling/forecasting (time series analysis and regression), and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VBA, Power Query).
