We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills to join our team at the Palma de Mallorca office. As the Regional Director of Balearics Islands, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing business strategies in the real estate sector, particularly in the Balearic market.
Tasks REGIONAL DIRECTOR IN PALMA DE MALLORCA - BALEARICS ISLANDS RESPONSIBILITIES
Development and Execution of Business Strategies:
Define and plan specific business strategies for the real estate market in the Balearics Islands.
Identify business opportunities in the real estate sector and design plans to capture them.
Creation of a Network of External Private Advisors:
Establish a network of external commercial agents throughout the region.
Management and Monitoring of the Business Plan:
Set, track, and manage business objectives and relevant KPIs to address any deviations.
Client Acquisition and Retention:
Develop and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and tenants, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Research:
Conduct market studies to identify trends, pricing, and demand in different geographic areas.
Analyze the competition and adjust strategies accordingly.
Coordination with Central Services Directors:
Work in coordination with various departments of Central Services to ensure sustained business growth.
Planning and Budgeting:
Prepare specific annual plans and budgets for the region.
Support in Property Evaluation and Appraisal:
Provide support for accurate property appraisals to ensure competitive and realistic pricing.
Support in Negotiation and Closing of Contracts:
Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, ensuring the successful closure of purchase, sale, and rental agreements.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure that all real estate operations comply with local laws and regulations.
Stay updated on changes in real estate legislation.
Requirements Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience in Real Estate Management in the Balearics Islands area, particularly in the Palma de Mallorca and Ibiza markets.
Experience in the luxury segment is highly valued.
High level of English proficiency.
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
