This will require a highly organised & motivated individual who can operate across multiple areas of clinical trial delivery, develop clear plans, put in place robust communication methods & collaborate with various stakeholders and audiences across R&D. You will represent your team and process area at various governance meetings or project meetings and ensure updates are made to the related process in a timely manner. The role will require excellent planning, project and leadership skills, ensuring teams are following the process framework and delivering according to plans. Process, Quality & Business Capability is an enabling function who serve across Oncology & Biopharmaceuticals R&D, and the Business Process and Optimisation Team are part of this enabling function. Business Process Management and Optimisation aims to drive process excellence through a strong core capability partnering cross functionally to drive efficient continuous process improvements using lean methodology & data insights, resulting in optimised clinical processes, fit for the future.You will be an important member of the Business Process Management Leadership Team, who are accountable for the design, development, maintenance and optimisation of key clinical processes and procedural documents that both meet customer needs and enable optimal delivery of clinical studies. A strong advocate for lean approaches, you'll utilise tools and techniques to achieve continuous improvement, identify problems and serve as a change agent to drive and implement changes.Typical Accountabilities Work with SMEs within the business to design and own the clinical process including standards and procedures within an assigned Process Area.Document the process to appropriate level of detail and to relevant regulatory requirements.Engage and lead a process network or appropriate forums to encourage best practices
