We are searching for the best talent for HR Director Program Management, located in Alajuela,Costa Rica Johnson & Johnson MedTech is building a new medical device facility in Costa Rica to support the expanding demand for life-saving medical device products in the Specialty Surgery, Orthopaedic, and General Surgery markets. This is an opportunity to help shape JNJ's supply chain network from the ground up and start up one of JNJ's largest manufacturing sites. This role advises and collaborates with Managers and Directors and other senior individual contributors in a cross-functional environment, and is accountable for mentoring and developing the program managements skills and competencies throughout the organization. This individual leads all aspects of the Program Management Office which is responsible for establishing and supporting execution of the Management Plan. Success is measured on the ability to deliver of projects on time, on quality and on budget. This role identifies, defines,and implements cross-functional projects and programs. Leads and mentors multiple direct reports, who typically run individual projects under a program level to grow the program leadership team
