.Job Description:FREE NOW is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Director of People Operations who will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and coaching our People Services, Systems, and Payroll teams. In this role, you will define the overall strategy to provide, together with your teams, an optimal experience for our employees and managers in the most effective and efficient way. Actively seeking opportunities that technology can offer to simplify,standardize, and streamline business processes and operations is your bread & butter on a daily basis.Your Responsibilities: Overseeing three teams with a total of 15+ specialists of different levelsDriving the overall strategy for People Services within FREE NOW ensuring the right balance between Employee experience, HR effectiveness, and costsContinuously seeking opportunities to expand services beyond the traditional transactional activities i.E. People Tech StackBeing accountable for projects that improve the delivery and effectiveness of our People ServicesAgreeing upon and delivering against agreed services, SLAs, and KPIs, reporting on status and progressEnsuring our People services are regularly evaluated through Service reviewsWorking in partnership with the People Management Team to ensure that Center of Expertise (COE) teams create and deliver products/tools/services that deliver against business strategy as well as the People Department RoadmapEnsuring the highest standards of Continuous and Operational Excellence by leveraging respective methodologies to drive out waste in our processes and practices and establish a culture of continuous improvement within our people and people practicesYour Profile: 7+ years of experience in HR Operations ideally in an international and fast-changing environmentProven track record of leading, coaching, and developing teams for at least 3 yearsExtensive knowledge of People Services, Payroll, Operations Management, and strong affinity with technology as a key enabler for ServicesGreat experience in working with multiple stakeholder groupsProactive, data-driven, takes initiative, ability to multitask, and hands-on mentalityFlexible and able to thrive in a changing environmentA good ability with HR systems (e.G.
