What does a TaskUs Director Operations, Global Accounts really do? Think of yourself as someone who can develop strategies for international operations, implementing best practices to drive optimal company performance. A leader who is responsible for implementing strategies to promote growth of the business across multiple regions of the world. The director will oversee teams from diverse backgrounds and must be adaptable to a variety of cultural norms. As a Director Operations, Global Accounts, you will:
Improve and deliver consistent KPI Performance across the enterprise
Work with the different site directors to meet and exceed revenue and margin goals by monitoring productivity, driving efficiencies and delivering top-notch KPI performance across the enterprise
Support day to day client requirements by providing responses to operations requirements, KPI trends and actions
Partner with the digital solutions team to drive innovation and value by capturing operations recommendations and looking into opportunities to improve overall performance
Do you have what it takes to become a Director Operations, Global Accounts? Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
10 Years Experience BPO Operations in a Director Capacity
2 Years Experience working with multicultural, and global teams
Experience working with fast-paced, non-structured customers is a plus
Experience working with large scale global teams is a plus
Experience managing a global P&L is a plus
