As the Omnichannel Capability Lead EUCAN & International, you will serve as the primary product lead for the development and maintenance of the International Alexion Website Toolkit. Your role will involve collaborating closely with IT Business Partners and Digital Country leads to analyze business needs and jointly establish an Online & Omnichannel GTM strategy for different markets. You will lead the product roadmap and strategy to ensure the AWT toolkit meets the needs of the market.
Your primary responsibility will be to innovate, develop, and maintain the International Alexion Website Toolkit, which is a component-based platform designed to address stakeholder needs, primarily those of Alexion's country Digital Leads, Marketing, and Medical teams.
In addition to the toolkit development, you will be tasked with evolving the Alexion Website Toolkit into a Global Framework that can be leveraged in the USA and Japan. Your role will also include close collaboration with IT Business Partners and Delivery Managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Your Responsibilities will include: Leading the development and coordination of product and project portfolios for online and omnichannel capabilities in collaboration with IT Business Partners, and various internal and external stakeholders.Serving as the center of excellence and subject matter expert for all cross-functional relevant omnichannel and digital aspects, with a strong focus on the component-based Alexion Website Toolkit.Guiding cross-functional GTM teams in the development of content fit for execution, leveraging omnichannel metrics into advanced analytics, and leading the development of new ways of working and tools for the toolkit.Leading the omnichannel product portfolio and aligning on priorities with key stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on the component-based toolkit.Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of technology platforms and capabilities in relation to compliance with regulatory reporting and data retention requirements, specifically as they pertain to the Alexion Website Toolkit.Analyzing the current state operational and technical capabilities of the toolkit against business needs and strategies.Driving the design and implementation of seamless, consistent, and meaningful stakeholder experiences using the toolkit, orchestrating and enabling the necessary capabilities to execute against the expected outcomes.Partnering with IT Business Partners, IT Solutions and Delivery team, Country Digital Leads to influence relevant business strategies and maximize the effective/recommended use of the Alexion Website Toolkit.Leading and co-developing change management programs to support teams in the transition to an omnichannel environment, ensuring optimal usage of the toolkit and generating a unique stakeholder experience.Leading IT business partners, and cross-functional GTM teams to deliver omnichannel campaigns in key markets based on defined customer journeys, with a strong emphasis on utilizing the toolkit.Building a strong and cohesive online channel community, specifically focused on the utilization and enhancement of the Alexion Website Toolkit, and representing that community to the region.Qualifications: Demonstrated success in implementing new approaches for GTM functions, with a strong emphasis on product management and toolkit development.Highly collaborative style with experience working with regional and local collaborators and stakeholders, specifically in the context of toolkit development and product management.Experience with development and execution of omnichannel campaigns demonstrating traceable impact on customers, particularly those leveraging the websites utilizing a component based architecture.Knowledge of omnichannel/digital technologies like SFMC, Veeva Engage, and others, with a specific focus on their integration with the websites utilizing a component based architecture.Project management experience required, with a strong preference for experience in product management and toolkit development.Proven experience with change management methodologies, organizational design, different operating or business models, and business process re-engineering, particularly within the context of product management and toolkit development.Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of business experience in the Pharmaceutical and/or Biotech industry in a country or region, with a strong track record in a combination of marketing, sales, and/or medical roles, with a specific emphasis on product management and toolkit development.This is a hybrid role with 3 mandatory days per week in our Barcelona office.
