- +15 years of experience in Human Resources in large multinational environments, with solid management experience in all required areas: Talent Attraction, Learning, Development, Employee Experience, Performance Management, Diversity and Culture.
- Higher university degree with a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management, MBA or similar.
- Full command of English and Spanish is a must
- Excellent leadership, change management, consulting and influence skills.
- Strategic/Analytical skills combined with strong focus on action.
- Advanced interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with HR Business Partners and line leaders internally.
- Ability to work both collaboratively as a team across various functions and work independently .
- Ability to manage multiple projects to ensure on-time delivery and quality using both internal and external resources.
