The company is seeking to onboard an English-speaking Director of Talent Acquisition. In this role, you'll oversee the hiring needs of EMEA contact centers across the regions. This encompasses strategically aligning with business goals, proactively identifying talent management initiatives to bolster bottom-line results, enhance employee-related margins, and drive process enhancements.

Location: Remote/work from home from anywhere in the EU, except France, Germany, and the Netherlands or Remote in South Africa

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESUnderstand all critical business initiatives and goals for each business unit.Serve as a trustworthy advisor in relationships with key leaders across different levels within the company.Deliver talent acquisition solutions that positively impact the success of the business.Monitor and report progress on each goal and project.Be the ultimate point of contact for escalated Talent Acquisition issues.Participate in corporate-wide human capital and other people initiatives requiring a human capital perspective.Collaborate effectively with corporate support teams including talent acquisition marketing, shared services, learning and development, operations, quality assurance, and client business partner teams to drive business success.REQUIREMENTS10 years of relevant professional experience.Experience in managing large teams supporting high-volume, multilingual recruiting activities within BPO/contact centres.Previous exposure to EMEA region & South Africa in the context of BPO industry.Proficiency across multiple Talent Acquisition and Human Capital disciplines.Deep knowledge of Talent Acquisition strategy and understanding across the EMEA region.Familiarity with HR systems, compensation strategies, technology, and statistical techniques.Ability to influence leaders and team members for positive outcomes.Proven ability to build trusting relationships with Vice President and Director level leaders.Metrics-driven mindset with knowledge of contact center business.Ability to manage multiple, complex, ongoing projects.Preferred certification in process improvement (white belt or above), along with a Bachelor's degree (Master's in HR or business preferred).WHAT YOU CAN EXPECTSupport for your career growth and professional development.An inclusive culture and a community-focused organization that encourages philanthropy.A global team committed to lifelong learning guided by our company values.Additional benefits such as paid time off (PTO), wellness programs, and healthcare benefits.Competitive compensation, performance bonus opportunities, and expected benefits, along with potential surprises that may pleasantly exceed your expectations.
