About the location:
The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and backed by panoramic vistas of the Mediterranean and the surrounding landscapes. Currently undergoing restoration and renovation, this stunning historic property is scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in June 2024.
The Role of Spa and Wellness:
We currently have an opportunity for a Director of Spa and Wellness to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Mallorca at Formentor, Spain! Reporting to the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for leading the overall operations and performance of the spa for the hotel, providing cutting edge advice and making strategic and operational decisions for the department with regards to treatments and philosophies.
Responsibilities:
Talent leadership and development.
Being visible in the operation and providing outstanding guest service and satisfaction.
Revenue generation and enhancement.
Creating, developing, and implementing innovative products and services in line with marketing and sales strategy.
Collaborating with Marketing on business planning and budgeting.
Conducting yield and forecast meetings for spa occupancy and rate.
Developing promotional plans and projects.
Our Ideal Director of Spa candidate will have:
A special talent and passion for ensuring you and your team deliver the highest standards consistently and ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests. You should have leadership experience in a luxury spa and fitness environment, expert knowledge of spa, wellness, and holistic modalities, and thorough knowledge of service standards.
Additionally, you will be a passionate and motivated leader with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, the highest level of integrity and transparency, strong business acumen, creativity, and an eye for detail. Fluency in Spanish and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Mallorca.
