Position Overview As the Director of Sales Operations, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the operational functions of our company.
Your strategic oversight and operational expertise will ensure that the organization runs smoothly and efficiently, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Your leadership will be crucial in aligning operational strategies with the company's vision and objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the Athens site and supported business lines to ensure KPIs and key operational targets are met. Take charge of delivering results and meeting operational objectives across various business lines. Resolve process and operational challenges by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Handle complex escalations requiring communication with all levels of leadership. Promote ongoing improvements by optimizing efficiencies. Develop a strategy for designing, customizing, and delivering leadership development programs. Collaborate with corporate teams to align global leadership strategies and technological solutions. Lead and develop the leadership development team, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and team member transitions. Enhance the use of learning technology tools for maximum efficiency. Utilize technology to connect leadership development initiatives with performance outcomes. Work closely with executive leadership to identify performance needs and implement strategies. Propose initiatives to boost organizational effectiveness. Collaborate effectively with consultants, vendors, and professional resources to strengthen organizational capabilities. Essential Skills and Qualifications 5-10 years of executive-level experience in SaaS/B2B Sales within a BPO environment. Near-native proficiency in written and spoken English. Skilled presenter and facilitator with a strong understanding of adult learning principles. Awareness of diversity considerations in training programs. Ability to handle conflict and sensitive situations with professionalism. Strong consulting and influencing abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with database systems. Capability to interpret results from behavioral assessment tools. Skilled in contract negotiations to support potential partnerships. Ability to unite staff and key stakeholders for collaborative success.
