Lead and develop the leadership development team, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and team member transitions.

Essential Skills and Qualifications 5-10 years of executive-level experience in Saa S/B2 B Sales within a BPO environment.
Near-native proficiency in written and spoken English.
Skilled presenter and facilitator with a strong understanding of adult learning principles.
Awareness of diversity considerations in training programs.
Ability to handle conflict and sensitive situations with professionalism.
Strong consulting and influencing abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with database systems.
Capability to interpret results from behavioral assessment tools.
