In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch for consumer-facing products. You will drive product vision, define go-to-market strategies, create product roadmaps, lead UX decisions, and steer technical implementation discussions.As a Director of Product, reporting to the Chief Product Officer of Zinia, your main responsibilities will include:Lead a cross-functional team (App, Payments, Financing, and Value-Added Services) to jointly deliver solutions for our customers.Ensure consistency and coherence of Zinia consumer products across geographies, programs, and public landings while guaranteeing the proper alignment with Zinia products and services for Merchants.Lead RFPs from a Product perspective.Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy for the local markets.Lead the definition of the End-Customer experience improvements in Zinia, managing customer lifecycles: user and customer onboardings, shopping experience, payments and financing, loyalty, and recurrence.Align and define prioritization for new value proposition features - for customers and their products and services- and its roadmap.Supervise the CX of each of the End-Customer products in the Zinia portfolio.Supervise the Zinia public landings for End-Customers
