Our game platform consists of an exhaustive portfolio of products and services that help game teams to build, run and operate efficiently and effectively our games.Your role within our KingdomAs a Director of Product Portfolio Management, you will strategically oversee all of the products in our portfolio and ensure alignment with the organisation's overall strategy. We expect you to tell a broader solution story to our studies that explains not only what each product offers, but also the combined value proposition of the entire platform. Other responsibilities may include allocating resources for optimal ROI and identifying areas of improvement. As a member of the Tech Product Team, you will play an important role in ensuring that our teams are providing the right products which meet the needs of the game teams.Your responsibilities will includeContinuous collaboration with other product leads to ensure product evolution, product enhancements, the introduction of new product features and functions, and the retirement of certain products to ensure platform relevance and competitiveness.Ensure consistency among products and deliverables across an entire portfolio and prioritise resources for each area according to its contribution.Conduct continuous research to grow your market knowledge and develop market insights as well as formulate the global product strategies for product offerings in the portfolio.Prioritise at the portfolio level, ensuring we are focusing on the most important opportunities.Working side by side with the Head of Product and Head of Engineering to formulate, validate and update the platform strategy towards the platform vision.Own business cases for future adjustments in product portfolio strategy execution.Defining, tracking and acting on portfolio performance metrics.Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align initiatives across the organisation.Skills to create thrillsOutstanding communication skills.Keen listening skills.Ability to create high-level view and prioritise strategically.At least 10 years experience working as Portfolio Manager or a similar role.Experience working with platforms and driving them as products.Experience in a leadership role responsible for creating and implementing strategic plans.Proven expert in managing multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, but specifically at senior management level.Ability to demonstrate high level of political and business awareness; acutely aware of organisational sensitivities.Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise based on high-level goals and objectives.Experience implementing new processes and best practices
