You will take responsibility for driving the next phase of the Telarix product evolution. So, how are we going to keep you busy? Gathering market intelligence and competitive research. What problems do customers need to solve and what drives value for them? Inserting yourself into industry groups as a thought leader Making it clear to our customers our solution platform is the clear choice for evolving their wholesale and enterprise offerings Lead a team to create and develop compelling content and sales enablement collateral. This includes battle cards, demos, presentations, training, and one-pagers. Educate sales and customer-facing teams with market challenges, trends, and how Telarix empowers operators to address each one of them. Lead product marketing in internal and external communication. Building the required communication channels: newsletters, webinars, customer forums, etc. Customer engagement. Join customer meetings from time to time to hear 'firsthand' what the customers expect from Telarix. Thought leadership and positioning Telarix as a leader in the wholesale and industry. Working with R&D in delivering high quality product releases Maintaining simplified product catalog and pricing What will make you eligible for this role? Bachelors or Master's in Engineering Business degree is a plus 8+ years of professional experience in product management Experience in the wholesale and/or enterprise messaging space (SMS A2P, RCS/RBM) Willingness to travel extensively, engage, learn, leverage your past to intelligently evolve the future Experience that will be an advantage: Telecom experience including rating, billing, fraud management, roaming, clearing, virtual number management, and CPaaS What will make you the best-fit for this role?
