A Day in the Life of a Director of Product Management As a product director , you will be an integral part of our product team leading planning , executing and delivering successful product updates , features, and new add-on modules . You will take responsibility for driving the next phase of the Telarix product evolution .
So, how are we going to keep you busy ? Gathering market intelligence and competitive research. What problems do customers need to solve and what drive value for them?
Inserting yourself into industry groups as a thought leader
Making it clear to our customers our solution platform is the clear choice for evolving their wholesale and enterprise offerings
Lead a team to c reat e and develop compelling content and sales enablement collateral. This includes battle cards, demos, presentations, training, and one-pagers.
Educate sales and customer-facing teams with market challenges, trends, and how Telarix empowers operators to address each one of them.
Lead product marketing in i nternal and e xternal communication. Building the required communication channels: newsletters, webinars, customer forums, etc.
Customer engagement. Join customer meetings from time to time to hear 'firsthand' what the customers expect from Telarix .
Thought leadership and positioning Telarix as a leader in the wholesale and industry.
Working with R&D in delivering high quality product releases
Maintaining simplified product catalog and pricing
What will make you eligible for this role? Bachelors or Master 's Engineerin g
Business degree is a plus
8+ years of professional experience in product management
Experience in the wholesale and/or enterprise messaging space (SMS A2P, RCS/RBM
Willingness to travel extensively, engage, learn, leverage your past to intelligently evolve the future
Expe rience, that will be an advantage: Telecom experience including rating, billing, fraud management, roaming, clearing, virtual number management, and CPaaS

Create the vision for Telarix's products and drive product strategy and initiatives to support the business's overall goals

Working with R&D team , p lan and deliver product releases on time with risk mitigation and reporting on key metrics
Regular exec level reporting on productivity metrics, quality metrics and improvement plans to address challenges
Periodic organizational reviews, with associated improvement plans
Ensuring individual performance assessments are undertaken regularly, with associated improvement plans
M arket research : industry trends & drivers, customer needs and competition
Establish and maintain product roadmap and work with customers to commercialize & prioritize
Develop and maintain price book
Provide sales (RFP's, proposals, QBR's) and marketing (content/campaign development) support
Provide quarterly analysis of ongoing product performance (trend, quality, other).
