You will take responsibility for driving the next phase of the Telarix product evolution. So, how are we going to keep you busy?
Gathering market intelligence and competitive research. What problems do customers need to solve and what drives value for them? Inserting yourself into industry groups as a thought leader. Making it clear to our customers our solution platform is the clear choice for evolving their wholesale and enterprise offerings. Lead a team to create and develop compelling content and sales enablement collateral. This includes battle cards, demos, presentations, training, and one-pagers. Educate sales and customer-facing teams with market challenges, trends, and how Telarix empowers operators to address each one of them. Lead product marketing in internal and external communication. Building the required communication channels: newsletters, webinars, customer forums, etc. Customer engagement. Join customer meetings from time to time to hear 'firsthand' what the customers expect from Telarix. Thought leadership and positioning Telarix as a leader in the wholesale and industry.
