Monopoly GO! is our new casual game and a key franchise that has just become Scopely's largest game, enjoyed by millions of players. The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.
What You Will DoOversee the economic aspects of live operations and special events, ensuring they are designed to optimize player engagement and revenue generation.Develop and refine monetization strategies and pricing frameworks for virtual goods and services, aligning them with player expectations and market trends.Work collaboratively with the Community and Player Care teams to monitor player feedback and sentiment, using insights to adjust economic strategies promptly.Partner with the Marketing, Social, and Growth teams to devise and implement promotional strategies that effectively incentivize new player onboarding and re-engage lapsed players.Analyze in-depth data from live game operations to continually refine and enhance the economic model, ensuring sustainability and growth.Lead, manage, and mentor a team of economy product managers, fostering innovation and a deep understanding of mobile gaming economics and player behavior.What We're Looking ForBachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 7 years of experience in economic strategy and monetization in the mobile gaming industry, with significant expertise in managing live game economies.Strong analytical and data manipulation skills, proficient in SQL, Python, or similar analytics tools.Proven leadership abilities with experience guiding cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.At Scopely, we create games for everyone - and want to ensure that the people behind our games reflect that!
