If you don't believe us, check out our Glassdoor.Job Description: What does the role of a Director of Product Analytics do at DocPlanner?- Collaborate with CPO, product managers, and management to define and track relevant business goals.- Lead the product analytics team which sits within our product teams.- Work with our cross-functional product teams providing analysis to help shape the strategy and development of our products (healthcare marketplace, SaaS for doctors, app for patients,etc.)- Support the product analytics team to conduct analyses on customer behavior and product usage which drive growth and product improvements.- Take part and help product analysts in the process of defining and preparing the KPIs of our products and features.- Help scale the team to best support and drive the evolution of our product.- Work closely with other analysts and data engineers leveraging our data ecosystem and capabilities to solve complex problems and simplify our tools.- Help foster a data-driven mindset across the Product organization, ensuring that data is at the heart of every decision we make.Qualifications:What skills and experiences do we want you to have?- Experience in people management,you have already managed a team of > 10 product analysts embedded in the product teams to thrive.- Team-oriented with a flexible style and the ability to tailor data-driven results to various seniority levels- Excellent knowledge of digital product analytics (funnel analytics, A/B testing, customer segmentation)- > 3y experience setting goals and defining KPIs to evaluate new and existing products and features El anuncio original lo puedes encontrar en Kit Empleo:https://www.kitempleo.es/empleo/114656878/director-product-analytics-pa-462-z619-barcelona/?utm_source=html
