As a member of Platform Services, which encompasses the Security, Infrastructure, Site Reliability, and IT teams, the Director is in charge of designing and pushing the operations, human resources, suppliers, and reporting strategy of the different Platform Services teams, to ensure the fulfillment of the quarterly objectives.
To achieve this, the Platform Services Director works hand in hand with the Team Leads, Heads, and VPs of Infrastructure and Security, designing processes, and providing protocols that fine-tune the machinery of all the interactions and needs that the teams require.
The Director must provide solutions to problems at the right time and guide the different stakeholders of the team in making decisions based on data.
