Superpedestrian is seeking a Director of Market Operations to oversee all field and market operations for EMEA.
What you'll do: Be the reporting line for all EMEA markets Direct and oversee all EMEA operations, market, and field Troubleshoot gaps in performance and processes Assess and analyze company policies and processes to identify areas for improvement in accordance with the organization's commitment to sustainability.
Create new and build on existing processes, policies, and practices to maximize operational efficiency Collaborate with senior leadership, product, engineering, and BI team to drive improvements Conduct data analyses to find opportunities to improve all markets across the region Work with automation specialists to create, maintain, and improve reliability of processes to support day-to-day local operations Develop methodologies to keep assets safe and identify bad actors Drive the design of dashboards to track business metrics related to operational performance Manage and measure the EMEA operations budget What you'll bring: Strong leadership and team management skills Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in operations, business consulting, or similar analytical role, including 5 years of people management experience across global regions Previous experience in the mobility industry Interest in working on sustainable solutions ideally demonstrated in the past Willingness to travel - being in the markets will be key for this role Demonstrated ability to leverage data to measure performance, optimize resources, and analyze outcomes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and align internal stakeholders Strong ability to collaborate with executives and across broad organizations including Product, Market Operations, Business Intelligence, and Strategy A high capacity for being self-directed and working independently with incomplete information and limited resources Bonus points: Additional languages beyond English Why you'd want to join us: We are born of engineers, not venture capitalists.
