Job Title: Director of IT Digital & Commercial

Job Description The Director of IT Digital & Commercial is a senior leadership role within our organisation, responsible for overseeing IT strategy and digital product management across CRM, Customer Service, Digital Marketing, Innovation, Website Management, DevOps, and Governance. This role requires a seasoned IT Professional with expertise in health and life sciences, capable of delivering digital solutions that enhance HCP, Consumer and Patient engagement, improve service delivery, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain compliance.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a strategy that aligns with the business desired goals and oversee IT Operations and DevOps practices to ensure efficient product development and deployment.Manage the entire lifecycle of digital products, ensuring they meet healthcare and life sciences needs.Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products that enhance patient outcomes and optimise operations.Define and oversee the IT architecture to ensure robust, scalable, and secure digital platforms environments.Manage IT Operations to ensure the reliability, scalability, maintenance and performance of platforms & applications.Implement DevOps practices to streamline development, deployment, and continuous improvement.Ensure digital solutions comply with regulations, data privacy standards, and governance policies, including compliance and Consent Management.Collaborate with security and governance teams to protect data and uphold secure, compliant digital environments.Optimise CRM systems for personalised HCP engagement.Lead customer service technology initiatives to enhance service and scalability.Manage Marketing Automation and Personalisation Platforms (Salesforce), Analytics (Google Analytics & Salesforce) to optimise digital performance and ensure compliance.Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, business and partners.Manage both Capex & Opex Budgets for Digital, Commercial and IT operations initiatives, ensuring resource efficiency.Mentor and develop a team of IT managers, fostering innovation and collaboration.Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree in health informatics preferred.Proficiency in IT Product Management, IT Operations, and DevOps within health and life sciences.Expertise in IT Governance, CRM, Salesforce & Veeva preferred.Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record in digital transformation.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong strategic vision, leadership, analytical and operational excellence skills.What we offer in return You will be working for an organization that embraces diversity & inclusion.You will receive a competitive compensation package with bonus structure and extended benefit package.You will be able to work in a hybrid work culture.You will participate in feedback Loops, during which a personalized career path will be established.You will be joining a growing company that believes in ownership from day one where everyone is empowered to grow and to take on accountability.Process Steps Send your CV in English.If your profile is a match, we will invite you for a first virtual conversation with Talent Acquisition.The next step is a virtual conversation with the hiring manager.The final step is a panel conversation with the extended team.Our People Make a Difference At Galderma, you'll work with people who are like you.
