Along the journey, we'll provide you with a nurturing environment where you can be part of something truly extraordinary and make a real difference for companies and the planet.About the role...Fully integrated planning requires going beyond the internal Supply Chain management. o9, as the market leading planning solution, is at the forefront of driving a close alignment with multi-tier supplier ecosystem to enable real-time collaboration, largely mitigate risks and give an unparalleled level of E2E visibility.As a Director Industry Solutions supporting the fast growing Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) offering, you will be responsible for the management and execution of key consulting projects for o9 Solutions, specifically in the field of Direct Procurement, Multi-Tier Supplier Collaboration and Supplier Risk Management with a direct linkage to Supply Planning and IBP processes.You will work closely with other departments and business stakeholders such as Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Pre-sales, Product, Leadership and others in a cross-functional manner.Your primary responsibility is to drive the SRM Go To Market strategy for North America, focusing on leading key Top of Funnel, Middle of the Funnel and Strategic Alliances partnership activities related to the SRM offering.You oversee all SRM's sales cycles starting at the top of the funnel activities all the way to closure by coaching sales team members and holding funnel priority meetings and act as industry Subject Matter Expert in front of prospective clients driving differentiated messaging and value propositions for implementing the offering.Your role spans across multiple verticals and will report to Go To Market SRM Lead.What you'll do for us...- Define and manage the top-of-funnel activities, including:identifying market opportunities and target markets; driving the pipeline generation and the lead conversion; developing thought leadership in SRM & building a competitive landscape POV; building a library of sales assets (incl. value leakage stories, video content, webinars, whitepapers, blogs, etc.) in collaboration with the larger marketing team; presenting and positioning o9 SRM at events – webinars, roundtables, conferences etc
