Director of Industrial Engineering PMEPC (m/l/d) REQUISITION ID: 9044 LOCATION: Tajonar, ES, 31192 MISSION: Management of Global Industrial Engineering function in Global Industrialization area.
TASKS: Accountable for E2E configuration & change management processes execution On Time in Form: - Align project specific priorities with internal customers & suppliers.
- Synchronize library structures – configuration – CM teams within project specific based on priorities.
- Ensure processes and quality gates execution.
- Facilitate resources and alternatives solving necessary topics to configure & manage changes OTIF.
- Escalate issues, risks & proposed mitigation plan to required higher level forums.
Responsible for ensuring the consistency & sustainability of GIE governance model: - Ensure correct sizing of GIE a year.
- Prepare, negotiate & consolidate Global Industrial Engineering Budget a year.
- Supervise & validate recruiting processes & people career development plan.
- Guarantee availability & quality data of Global Industrial Engineering Dashboard.
- Maintain area coordination dynamics.
- Foster continuous review of Processes, RACI Matrix & KPIs definition under GIE scope.
- Drive improvement actions internally.
Facilitator & responsible for the internal deployment of strategical & tactical projects: - Promote internally digital integration, task automation & IA application projects.
- Evaluate risks & needs to deploy strategical/operational improvement projects related to GIE scope.
- Define necessary requirements & validate new required job descriptions within GIE area.
- Sponsor & supervise internal projects led by GIE.
- Facilitate & supervise GIE involvement in internal projects led by other internal parties.
YOUR PROFILE: Bachelor or master's degree, preferably in industrial engineering, or technical education with relevant work experience.
Intercultural understanding and team player attitude.

Executive communication skills, negotiation capacity with other parties and customer orientation.
Self-responsible, structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working.

S4H ERP knowledge.
6-8 years of experience in industrialization process, operations, product development and project-oriented working environments.
High English level is compulsory, German is a plus.
