This role requires a data-driven, creative, and strategic marketing leader with a deep understanding of B2B SaaS. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results, leading teams across multiple regions, and identifying new opportunities to expand our global customer base.Key Responsibilities Global Marketing Strategy Execution : Under the VP, Global Marketing, lead the execution of a global marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, demand generation, and market penetration across regions. Ensure alignment of global marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.Management of Regional Marketing Teams and Initiatives: Executing the global marketing strategy in regions to ensure growth in core markets, and expansion in new markets. Remaining highly focused on the business goals and ensuring teams stay aligned with the right activities that drive overall pipeline growth.Demand Generation : Manage marketing, sales, and regional BDR teams to build integrated campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Leverage multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and PR.Marketing Ops / Funnel Optimization : Own the entire marketing funnel from top to bottom, ensuring optimized conversion rates at each stage—acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention—through A/B testing, data analysis, and continual improvement of marketing tactics. Guide the team, using data to increase performance and optimize activities.Data-Driven Decision Making : Use data and analytics to measure, optimize, and report on the performance of growth marketing initiatives. Identify KPIs and metrics that align with business goals and adjust strategies accordingly. Interpret and share data with the executive team that allows us to make the right investment decisions.Brand Development & Positioning : Build and scale a strong, consistent global brand presence, ensuring the company's value proposition resonates across diverse geographies and customer segments. Define the company's unique positioning in the market and ensure that messaging remains consistent across all channels.Cross-Functional Leadership : Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment between growth marketing initiatives and broader business objectives.
