TasksWe are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Director of Food and Beverage to lead our extensive team of over a hundred professionals, including our prestigious Executive Chef and Maître. This role is crucial for ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and innovation in our food and beverage services.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage over a hundred employees, promoting a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.Work closely with the Executive Chef and Maître to ensure cohesion and efficiency in all culinary and service operations.Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the culinary offer, increase customer satisfaction, and optimize profitability.Ensure the maintenance of the highest standards of quality, food hygiene, and safety.Manage the department's budget, including financial planning, cost control, and resource optimization.Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and proactively adapt our offering.RequirementsRequirements: Proven experience in a senior management position in food and beverage in five-star hotels.Exceptional ability to lead and motivate large teams, with excellent communication and leadership skills.Creativity and innovation in food and beverage service management, with a proven track record of implementing new and successful ideas.Deep knowledge of Spanish cuisine and the ability to innovatively integrate it into our culinary offer.Fluency in English and Spanish, both oral and written.
