Key Responsibilities Leads financial planning and analysis (FP&A) by analyzing performance and risks.Forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presenting to the Board.Assist the CFO with analyzing the company performance, risks, and opportunities.Provide training on accounts payable and receivable to the Treasurer and accounts department and implement, with the Operations Director, processes and KPIs across the business and Treasury including setting targets for and supervising accounting and finance teams.Aid in client retention collection approach.Implement robust financial systems, monitor, and keep up to date the company finance systems.Work with board and legal to ensure compliance with laws requiring financial disclosure, risks, and investments.Assist with audits and internal control operations.Oversee the conformity of the chart of accounts & bookkeeping with international counterparts.Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.Preferred Skills, Experience, Degrees or Certifications Proven experience as director of finance or similar role.Minimum 8+ years of experience in finance management position.Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.Demonstrated experience in leading a team through finance transformation.In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.Transfer pricing.Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.Solid knowledge of QuickBooks.Completion of a bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field.Professional designation in Finance or Accounting (CPA, CFA) or other relevant qualification required.Attributes Driven and entrepreneurial.Calm under pressure yet open and approachable.Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.Job Type: Full-time
