We are currently looking for new talent to join the F&B department as F&B Director.
Main Responsibilities: Supervise the function of all Food & Beverage employees, facilities, sales and costs to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved.
Control and analyse, on an ongoing basis, to optimise quality levels of product and service, guest satisfaction, operating costs, and hygiene.
Coordinate and supervise the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverage products.
Establish and maintain effective employee relations, including interviewing, hiring, and performance appraisal.
Develop and implement formal training plans for Food & Beverage personnel.
Supervise and coordinate pricing and preparation of menus, beverage and wine lists.
Conduct weekly Food & Beverage meetings relating to overall financial results and operations.
Implement a daily, weekly and monthly checklist for all Food and Beverage departments.
Participate in preparation of the hotel's strategic plan and budget.
Keep up to date with trends and practices in food and beverage preparation and service.
