Your mission: You will be responsible for developing partnerships and helping us achieve our business goals. As a member of the Growth team, you will work closely with customers of TradingView products, handling client communications and assisting with technical onboarding. Proficiency in English is essential, as communication via email and phone is a key aspect of this role.
Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.Oversee the recruitment, development, and retention of top engineering talent.Project Management: Ensure the successful delivery of engineering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to deliver high-quality products.Monitor and report on engineering performance metrics, using data to drive decision-making.Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and oversight to engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.Stay current with industry trends and technologies, integrating relevant advancements into the engineering processes.Oversee the architecture and infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.Strategic Planning: Work closely with the executive team to define the long-term vision and strategy for the engineering department.Align engineering goals with business objectives, ensuring the development of innovative solutions that meet market demands.Drive the adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies that enhance productivity and product quality.Budgeting & Resource Allocation: Manage the engineering budget, including resource allocation, vendor negotiations, and cost control.Ensure that engineering resources are effectively utilized to meet project timelines and company goals.Oversee the procurement and maintenance of engineering tools and technologies.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Technical Skills: Deep understanding of software development methodologies, cloud computing, DevOps practices, and system architecture.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead large teams, drive change, and manage complex projects.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strategic Thinking: Ability to align engineering efforts with business strategy and contribute to the company's long-term success.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.It'll also be an advantage if you have experience in: Finance experience or knowledge of TradingKnowledge of TradingViewAdditional informationThis is an onsite role based in our Málaga office, located in the heart of the city at the prestigious Muelle Uno port.
