Experience navigating the challenges of a scale-up environment. Proficiency in establishing end-to-end product development processes with a special focus on developer (and engineering manager) experience. A proven track record in "adding 9s" to the availability SLOs supporting the business. A demonstrated ability to influence C-level executives. A proven track record of building highly engaged teams that drive tangible results. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to inspire a wide audience. Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to thrive in uncertain environments. Thought leadership in optimizing technical architecture and org design to maximize efficiency and responsiveness to customer needs. An understanding of modern practices in DevXP, SRE, platform-as-a-product, and/or communities of practices. You're an especially awesome match if you have:
