The Director of Engineering and Maintenance will lead a line and base maintenance team of high double-digit technicians to achieve the highest level of quality, efficiency, and success for the engineering and maintenance programme. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of aircraft maintenance and engineering operations, ensuring that our fleet remains fully compliant with safety regulations and operationally ready for ACMI commitments. The Director will oversee the P-145, Part-M, and logistics departments, manage maintenance schedules, optimise engineering resources, and drive continuous improvement across all engineering activities. Additionally, this leader will work closely with regulatory authorities and manage vendors and partners to uphold the highest standards of safety and reliability.
