Detalles del empleoTipo de empleo: Jornada completaUbicación: 28027 Madrid, Madrid provinciaBeneficios: Plan de pensionesDescripción completa del empleoJob Title: Director of Digital Transformation and Relationship ManagementSummary: The Director of Digital Transformation and Relationship Management (TRM) leads the relationship with the Amadeus Business and Functional Units and owns its Digitalization and Automation portfolio in Digital Transformation Services (DTS).
S/he establishes vision, strategy, tactics and capabilities for digital transformation, working as catalyst to execute the digitalization strategy through implementation of transformational initiatives with high impact across business units, functions and regions.He/she will develop and maintain a trusted partnership with Business Leaders and Business Owners to identify, shape and deliver transformation initiatives, to build their Digitalization roadmap in alignment with business strategy in sync with the Amadeus (and DTS) Technology vision and to execute as per that roadmap.
S/he will be the trusted advisor for digitalization, working out the strategy, approach, design, delivery and value realization.Key Responsibilities:Strategy definition and Digitalization Automation pipeline arbitrationExecution/Transformation ManagementAccount Management/Business RelationshipValue realization / Success ManagementPeople Management and Leadership InfluenceStrategic capabilities and transversal servicesThe ideal candidate:Over 15 years in corporate-wide Business Transformation, in Amadeus or other industries/companiesStrong track record in digitalization evolving Business / Functional Units operating model (process, people, data, systems) on a global scale, and leveraging technology as enabler of transformationExperience in implementing and/or transforming Marketing, Commercial, Delivery and Back-office (Finance, Human Resources...) processes and systemsStrong industry and/or business acumen incl.
