.The Director of Charter Management of Canadian Adventure Charters Ltd is responsible for the success of the Corporation. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the DCM is responsible for creating and implementing a clear sense of direction for the Corporation and its related businesses by defining, communicating, and overseeing the Corporation's mission, goals, operating principles, and strategic actions. The role involves developing our luxury yacht charter platform, creating and building our brand/product and website, and promoting Newfoundland & Labrador and The Northwest Passage at charter destinations.REPORTING STRUCTURE Reports to the Canadian Adventure Charters Board of Directors.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS This position is the most senior management position in the Corporation, with responsibility for:Building and managing a public trading private Motor Luxury Yacht and Submarine corporation for a minimum of 15 years.Working directly with Investor Relations (IR) and Stakeholders, including networking with cruise ship corporations and building partner relations with Fortune 500 Companies.Managing a $50M-$100M annual private super luxury yachts and private submarine charter portfolio.Overseeing all private super luxury yacht and private submarine charters for adventures, expeditions, and exploration.Collaborating with the Director of Marketing and Sales to ensure effective marketing initiatives, including brand management, digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and public relations.Preparing annual charter plans, contracts, and related capital and operating budgets.Conducting market analysis and opportunity identification in relation to the mission of the Corporation.Ensuring adherence to the Corporation's corporate governance policies and procedures.Initiating and maintaining effective strategic relationships with key stakeholders.The requirements for the position include a minimum of 15 years as a Senior Director of Charter Management for Private Super Luxury Yachts and Private Submarines in the Antarctica, the Arctic, and the Med Atlantic. Candidates must have extensive experience catering to ultra-wealthy clients and meeting their charter management needs.COMMUNICATION Fluent speaking and writing skills in English and three of the following languages: French, German, Polish, Spanish, Mandarin, Norwegian, Arabic, and Russian are required for translation to international charter clients.JOB KNOWLEDGE The work requires the following education, knowledge, skills, and abilities:Education University Degree in a related field such as Business, specializing in Private Super Luxury Yachting and Submarine, Tourism Adventures, or Marine Research.Experience An Expert and Specialist:Proven leadership skills developed through at least 15 years in a senior director role related to luxury yachting, offshore adventures, and marine resource development
