The Role You will lead the efforts in delivering innovative IT solutions within the Retail sector.
This pivotal role involves guiding both the Account and Consulting teams towards a unified account vision and strategic approach, aligning with immediate and long-term priorities of the clients and overarching company objectives.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Lead the contribution of the Account Team and Service Delivery Team to the overall strategic approach, ensuring alignment with the strategy.
Provides insights, ideas, and recommendations to address immediate and longer-term customer priorities and objectives.
Lead the industry solutions account planning contribution, defines Industry Solutions sales priorities to leverage insight and provide input to overall account plan.
Proactively looks ahead and identifies actions required to develop Consulting opportunities that are aligned with the account strategy.
Customer Engagement: Provide insights, ideas, and recommendations to address customer priorities effectively, promoting modernization and digital transformation across various industry horizons.
Influences key decision makers and leads effective rhythms of connection with customer stakeholders.
Leverages insight from consulting account-delivery team to ensure awareness of status of projects in delivery.
Plans regular consulting connections with customer to seek customer feedback and maintain proactive dialogue on overall consulting value provided, as well as relationship risks and issues.
Competitive Strategy: Understand competitor solutions to develop strategic advantages and contribute to the Industry Solutions account planning with the Account Manager and Service Delivery team.
Opportunity Development: Proactively identify and develop consulting opportunities aligned with the account strategy and leverage business outcomes for strategic roadmaps.
Account Management: Lead consulting input to planning sessions, align plans with company's business segments, and set standards and priorities for account planning.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
Extensive experience in consultancy or strategic account management within IT, focusing on Retail industry .
Demonstrated leadership in managing comprehensive strategic account plans.
Proficient in leveraging insights for business development and transformation strategies.
