Director Of Bars

Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for the day-to-day operations in the different Bars and to develop and lead the guest experience. To demonstrate passion and a strong knowledge of beverages, while maintaining the ambiance of the guest dining areas and empowering the team to animate the beverage experience.
QualificationsExcellent communication skills shown to staff, suppliers, and guestsExcellent knowledge of beveragesMinimum of 3 years relevant experience in a beverage management role5-star hotel experience
