About the JobA boutique corporate finance firm specializing in generalist M&A processes and financing is seeking to hire a Director for its office in Valencia.We are looking for an individual with a minimum of six years of prior experience in M&A, particularly in originating and executing complex transactions.As a Director, you will lead M&A mandates and financing generalist processes for MM companies and Scale-Ups, playing a crucial role in the origination of deals and day-to-day execution.Role and Responsibilities:Originate new deals by identifying potential opportunities and engaging with prospective clients.Interact with clients and counterparts involved in transactions (potential investors, advisors, suppliers, etc.)Review and prepare company valuations (DFC, DDM, LBO, peer analysis)Review and prepare financial models for companiesReview and prepare commercial presentations for clients (pitches) and monitor their activity.Review and prepare marketing materials needed in an M&A process (Teaser, Infomemo, Management Presentations, Financial Model, etc.)Manage and lead diverse client engagements across different industries.Requirements:A minimum of 6 years of experience in M&A.A Master's degree in finance or Corporate Finance is valuable.High level of English proficiency.Proficiency in MS Office suite.Ability to design, build, and use financial and valuation models#J-18808-Ljbffr
