.We are looking for a Director, Industry Marketing, Life Sciences & Healthcare to join our team in London, UK or Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid).The Industry Marketing Director is responsible for building Clarivate's marketing strategy, positioning, and enablement for the Life Sciences & Healthcare (LS&H) industry segment.The Industry Marketing Director develops go-to-market strategy and marketing plans designed to build awareness and preference for the Clarivate brand within the global industry segment; identifies and targets opportunities within the LS&H segment around the world; develops positioning and content that aligns Clarivate product and consulting capabilities to address the needs of the LS&H sector; and supports sales and the broader marketing organization with compelling segment-specific enablement, messaging, and assets.This position is highly collaborative, working globally in partnership with brand, sales, customer care, and the broader marketing organization.To be successful in this role, the Industry Marketing Director must be a critical thinker, business- and commercially-minded, a strong writer, and highly organized.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsAt least 12 years of Product marketing or related experience.3 years minimum experience in the Life Sciences & Healthcare market is preferred; global experience is a plus.Bachelor's degree required.
Graduate degree preferred (MBA, Marketing, etc.
).It would be great if you also had:Strong analytical and quantitative skills.Strong organization, project management and prioritization capabilities.Ability to influence peers and counterparts in cross-functional teams.Experience in or knowledge of the biopharma/life sciences industry.What will you be doing in this role?Coordinate with marketing and brand teams to create comprehensive and measurable marketing plans for Life Sciences & Healthcare (LS&H), ensuring alignment with the go-to-market strategy.Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external research firms to gain deep insights into user and buyer behavior, and translate these insights into effective marketing strategies and deliverables.Develop and maintain market narratives that highlight how Clarivate products and services meet buyer needs and align with industry trends.Work with partners across strategy and the commercial organization to identify whitespace and cross-sell opportunities, supporting Clarivate's growth.Equip sales teams with effective tools and training specific to the industry segment, facilitating the generation of new business.Oversee content marketing strategy and development, create key content assets in line with the marketing funnel, and continuously improve content delivery based on performance metrics.Oversee website content management, analyze web metrics, and optimize content for increased demand generation and customer engagement
