For our operations in EMEA, we are looking for a: Director Go-To-Market (M/F/x) EMEA Location: Berlin office or remotely in Germany, UK, France or Spain
Your responsibilities: You manage a team of around 10 people (mainly Berlin office based) focused on three main distinctive functions across business operation & sales intelligence, sales enablement & training, as well as sales engineering & solution consulting. You report directly to the VP of Sales EMEA and work closely with both the VP Sales and the General Manager for EMEA across all key operational and strategic topics. You interact with stakeholders at our US headquarters to localize and align the global strategy for our business in EMEA. You are responsible for enhancing our EMEA Go-to-market strategy based on in-depth analysis leveraging both internal and external data. You analyze market opportunities and work with cross-functional teams across the company to develop propositions based on our solutions offerings for specific verticals. You assure the quality of the reporting and forecasts conducted by the sales operations team, putting in place the right KPI to monitor sales performance. You work cross-functionally to build custom strategic programs for our Enterprise customers based on their Executive priorities and our solution portfolio. You develop valuable, detailed tailor-made presentations for internal and external audiences, including Board of Directors and Global Executive Team meetings. You provide pre-sales support & product expertise to the sales team in a consultative selling approach towards our customers. You build specific training programs to keep the sales team up to speed with our solutions & the latest market methodologies and tools. Your profile: 3+ years of experience in a leading management consulting firm, and 1-2 years prior experience in a startup or B2B SaaS environment. Experience in articulating value and in building custom presentations for Enterprise executives. Strong analytical understanding to work on complex business issues with minimum supervision, ideally with a strong Sales Force background. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with senior executives across various geographies, cultures and functions. Strong communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in Powerpoint. Effective at building relationships, collaborating, and coordinating with others. Strong team player who is also an independent thinker. At ease on business & training topics as well as product & technical discussions. Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environment. Driven, motivated and results-oriented mindset. Fluency in oral and written communications in English.

German, French, Italian, Spanish) is a bonus but not required.
