Discovery Studios Center of Excellence (COE). The role will lead the Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) Products & Experiences COE planning functions. The role will form, grow, and stabilize the FPA Products & Experiences COE, working with COE and business partner leadership to determine resourcing needs and organization structure.The role will be responsible for execution of all Consumer Products & Experiences COE planning functions within the scope of responsibilities. This role is based in Mexico City, Mexico.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with COE leadership to execute transition plans.Ensure timely delivery of planning responsibilities, including but not limited to:Forecast preparationForecast submissionBudget preparationEnsure timely delivery of reporting responsibilities, including but not limited to preparation of actuals versus forecast variance reporting.Ensure timely delivery of analysis for functional area of responsibility, including but not limited to initial review and analysis of variance reporting.Ensure the ongoing development of team members, including professional and people skills, knowledge of the business, and team engagement.Partner with stakeholders for the execution of key initiatives, including:Global process alignmentContinuous improvementImplementation of planning and reporting best practicesEffective change managementOther strategic business initiativesDesired ExperienceMinimum 10+ years related professional experience, with at least 8 years' experience in a management position.Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree in a related field a plus.English language proficiency, at a minimum of professional working proficiency.Advanced knowledge of, and experience with, financial planning, analysis, and reporting concepts, and EPM tools and processes. Process-oriented with a solid understanding of accounting principles and internal control concepts. Experience in project management and process improvement.Experience managing large teams. Commercial and Media experience a plus.Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization. Strong problem resolution skills, and a high degree of integrity, tact, and diplomacy.Effective communicator at all levels of the organization with the ability to influence others and negotiate outcomes.Strong written, oral, and presentation skills required
